What if I can’t find the book that I want?

As this website doesn’t carry everything that we have in our Wanchai bookstore, there is every possible chance that we have the book with us. If we don’t, we are happy to check if we can do a Special Order for you!

Special Orders

Simply contact us and provide us with the book information! We will check if we can order this and come back to you with the estimated waiting time. If you would like to go ahead to order this book, we will send you the payment details!

Do you have Gift Vouchers?

Yes, our Booktique Gift Vouchers make the perfect gift for any occasion and for all ages. They also make great prizes for parties and school rewards.
Currently they are only available in our Wanchai bookstore and they are sold as HKD50 and HKD100 vouchers.

How do I make payment online?

Currently we are accepting PayPal for online purchases. If you don’t have an account with PayPal yet, we strongly recommend you to consider checking this out as it is easy and secure. You may rest assured that we never get access to your credit card details through Paypal.

How do you arrange delivery?

The Courier Service we use is S.F. Express Standard Express Service and you will be given a Tracking Number. Normally it takes 2-3 business days for a local shipment to be delivered. You can simply check its status with your Tracking Number. Do note that it takes a few hours for the information to be updated on the courier service page. Alternatively you can contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Please ensure that the contact number you give us is correct as S.F. Express will be contacting you through that number to arrange and confirm the delivery time and date.

What happens if delivery is not made?

If, after several failed attempts, we are unable to contact you to arrange the delivery or that no one is available at the address, your shipment will be sent back to our office in Wanchai. You are free to come pick up your items at our shop location, but the previous shipping costs will not be returned. If you would like to arrange a second shipment, we will need you to cover the shipping costs associated with it.

We strongly advise you to provide a correct shipping address and ensure that an authorized person will be available at the address to accept and sign for the package.
